Ice cream Cart catering

100 cup minimum for all cart catering orders.
By submitting the form above, you agree to the following terms.
PAYMENT AND PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, and start the preparations for your event. Any remaining balance will be due two weeks prior. Your payment will validate as your signature and agreement to the Terms of Service of this contract. If payment of final balance has not been received by the payment deadline, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement. In such event, we will have no further obligation hereunder and any deposits made to date will not be refunded. Please make checks payable to Cruze Farm and mail to 2721 Asbury Road, Knoxville, TN 37914.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation Policy: When there is a need to cancel a catering by the booking party, your deposit is non refundable. However, we will work with you to accommodate a new date if applicable. We appreciate you giving as much notice as possible if there is a need to cancel. We will work with you to the best of our ability to re-book your date for a future event.
GUEST COUNT CHANGES
Changes to your final order: flavors, toppings, and increasing quantities will be accepted until 7 days prior to the event date. After that lockout date we cannot accept any changes. No monies will be refunded in the event your order decreases in size after the deposit is paid.
Service
30 minute set up + 1 hour service time (additional time may be added for $25/half hour)
Fees are calculated based on distance from our Asbury Ice Cream House location.
0 - 20 miles : $150
20-30 miles : $250
30-40 miles : $350
40-50 miles : $450
WEATHER / ACTS OF GOD
Cruze Farm is not responsible for any conditions that would affect the quality of the product or service such as rain, wind, hail, snow, ice, heat (outdoor events) etc.
In the event of major weather changes such as severe storms, we will provide the best possible product, however are not responsible for damage that is related.
OUR OBLIGATION
We take our obligation to provide your ice cream catering order as agreed in this contract very seriously. We will work with you (in reasonable accommodation) on every level to make sure you are completely satisfied and happy with your ice cream catering. However, should an unforeseeable event occur which prevents us from fulfilling our obligation and we must cancel our agreement with you, we will refund your payment in full.
